Handmade stained glass
Discover our stained-glass collection: the Blue Cat and Glass Hedgehog ornaments at £15 each, the Rainbow Flower suncatcher at £30, and Brexit — a one-off 35 cm artwork, made over several days, at £500. Each listing includes a photograph of the actual piece alongside its illustrative cover.
3D printing service in Kenilworth
Turn a sketch, scan, CAD file or existing part into a practical result. Idea Forge Studios offers professional 3D scanning, CAD, reverse engineering, filament and resin 3D printing, prototypes and low-volume production in Kenilworth. Our 35-machine print farm supports fast parallel production, while our large-format capability handles builds up to one metre. Ask about replacement parts, brackets, enclosures, props and display pieces. Workshop finishing includes airbrushing, plus electronics and 3D-printer diagnostics and repair. For applicable products, in-house physical testing can support product-specific UKCA/CE conformity work, including pull, tensile, torque and drop tests. Scope and documentation are agreed for each project. One-to-one training in 3D printing, CAD and scanning is available by arrangement. A real repair: back in service for £20
Broken part? Start with a photograph, dimensions or the original. Our Scan2Print service brings scanning, design and printing together to explore a practical replacement.
In this customer repair, a replacement input bearing bracket from Canada would have cost £64 including charges. We prepared an existing replacement model and printed it in ASA-X in under an hour. The customer paid £20.
Fitted and tested in-house, the replacement works successfully. The photographs show the broken original and the replacement installed. These prices and timings relate to this repair; every project is quoted individually.

Printed fabrics, keepsakes & TPU textiles
Memory quilts, keepsake cushions and embroidery make meaningful personal gifts. Brother PrintModa printing adds artwork, patterned panels and bespoke fabric banners.
We also 3D print TPU directly onto fabric. Our own sample completed two wash-and-dry cycles without observed damage. Suitability and care depend on the fabric, design and conditions.

EufyMake E1 UV printing offers full colour and raised texture on suitable surfaces, with film-based graphics and transfers for appropriate projects. Laser cutting and engraving add names, detail and custom shapes.

Personal memorial keepsakes
This is our own rose memorial sample, 3D printed in ABS-X and photographed in the workshop. A golden rose, a name, meaningful dates and a few loving words can become a deeply personal keepsake.
Choose a design for paper or slate, a personalised EufyMake E1 UV-printed finish, or a 3D printed memorial in ABS-X or ASA-X. Raised UV texture can reach up to 5 mm on suitable designs and surfaces. We will help you choose a finish for where your tribute will be displayed.
We agree the wording, material, size, finish and price with you before making it. The photograph shows an actual IFS sample with example wording.

Custom colours & one-off stripes
Choose up to eight colours for your Splice ’n’ Slice piece, including team colours, or choose a random mix. We splice our own filament rolls in-house. Each striped piece has an individually unique colour pattern that even we cannot reproduce exactly; pieces can share your chosen colours without having identical stripes. We agree the colours, finish, price and making time before production. Ask about our optional TuffToy 10-year limited guarantee on eligible prints, priced 50% above the standard version. TuffToy 10-year limited guarantee*
Choose the optional TuffToy upgrade on eligible prints for 50% above the standard price. Eligibility and the upgrade price are agreed before ordering.
*10-year limited guarantee covering breakage during reasonable use. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Repair or replacement as appropriate. A replacement will be similar, not necessarily identical.
The replacement allowance is 100% of the original TuffToy purchase price in year 1, reducing by 10 percentage points each year to 10% in year 10. You pay any difference between the allowance and the replacement price. Cover ends after 10 years. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Splice ’n’ Slice — every piece a one-off
Your own one-off. Every Splice ’n’ Slice print has an individually unique stripe pattern. We can print the same model again, but even we cannot recreate the exact colour pattern of your piece.
You pick. You decide. Choose up to eight colours and design your own filament combination — or go random and let the colours surprise you. We splice colours into custom rolls in-house and print our Splice ’n’ Slice pieces in ASA-X here in Kenilworth.
